Capt, Modi equally responsible for plight of people of Punjab: AAP

Chandigarh, Nov 26 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab has vehemently opposed the unannounced power cuts in Punjab, especially to the agriculture sector, saying that Chief Minister Amarinder Singh was harassing the farmers at the behest of the Narendra Modi government at the Centre.
In a joint statement issued from the party headquarters in Chandigarh on Thursday, state Kisan Wing President and Kotkapura Kapura MLA Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Kisan Wing State Vice President Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Gurdit Singh Sekhon, Mahinder Singh Sidhu and Jaswant Singh Gajjan Majra said Punjab was currently facing unannounced power outages, saying the worst hit were the farmers, who were already struggling against the anti-agriculture, anti-farmer and anti-Punjab new farm laws and due to the policies of the Central and State Governments.
