Diggy calls for CID probe

Bhopal, Sep 11 (UNI) Rajya Sabha Member Digvijaya Singh on Saturday demanded a Crime Investigation Department inquiry into “false cases” being filed against Congress legislators in Bharatiya Janata Party-ruled Madhya Pradesh.
“Within a week, first information reports were registered against Sabalgarh MLA Baijnath Kushwah and his Sumaoli counterpart Ajab Singh Kushwah, both of whom are active legislators from a Backward Class. Ram Prakash Kushwah, his sons Kalyan Singh and Dhara Singh were charged with murder. Their only ‘fault’ is that they belong to the Kushwah community and state Home Minister Narottam Mishra – who represents Datia in the Assembly – wishes to gain the Kushwahs’ loyalty through intimidation,” the former chief minister conveyed via social media.
