Srinagar, Sep 16 (UNI) Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti described the killing of Sopore youth after his arrest as cold blooded murder while Vice President (VP) of National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah said encounters like Shopian and suspicious death like Sopore cannot possibly win back the confidence of people.
