Srinagar, Nov 16 (UNI) Alleging that under the grab of new land laws, the government is tormenting Gujjar and Bakarwal peace loving communities, former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Monday warned that it will have disastrous ramifications.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti who visited different forest areas in Lidroo in Anantnag Monday, said “I warn the Government not to push the peace-loving community to the wall by implementing its sinister agendas on the ground”.
Mehbooba while slamming the dispensation over its ulterior motives to hound the depressed communities of Jammu and Kashmir said the actual displacement of people has started most unfortunately with the forcible eviction of ‘Gujjars and Bakarwals’ from their pastures.
