Defamatory Remarks: J&K BJP relieves Ex-MLC of all official positions

Jammu, Nov 2 (UNI) Taking stern action after the submission of an interim report by the Disciplinary Committee, Jammu and Kashmir unit of BJP on Tuesday relieved former MLC of all official positions for his derogatory remarks against a particular community in a video that went viral on social media.
BJP Chief Spokesperson and Chairman of Disciplinary Committee, Sunil Sethi said that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Vikram Randhawa, State Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory in reference to making reckless and defamatory remarks against particular community and woman folk.
Pending finalizing of Disciplinary Proceedings, the Committee headed by him and. Virenderjeet Singh and N D Rajwal as its members have submitted an interim report in view of the impact of the reckless statement of Vikram Randhawa that earned the party a bad name.
