Jammu, Dec 3 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs, in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir DDC elections, Anurag Singh Thakur, has stated that the removal of irrelevant Articles 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir is in the interest of the people and added that Gupkar alliance is showing false dreams of its return, just to cheat Jammu and Kashmir once again.
Mr Thakur said, “Modi government has abrogated Articles 370 and 35A which have been a curse in the development of Jammu and Kashmir over the years and the major step has ensured the momentum for the development of the state and citizens of this place to live peacefully.
“Due to 370 and 35A, for years Jammu and Kashmir and the citizens of this place were deprived of the facilities they were entitled to. Under this irrelevant article, some families have worked only to secure their political futures and live their lives luxuriously,” he said here addressing a public rally.
