Politics unfortunate with selfless and social service organizations: Congress

Hamirpur (HP), Sep 7 (UNI) HP Congress party has strongly criticized a move of the IGMC hospital authorities to prevent a private social organization to organize langar (free food) for the Cancer patients for the last so many years.
Deepak Sharma, the senior spokesman of the HP Congress party said today that the way the police and the hospital staff evicted the utensils and other materials of the organization from their makeshift building was anti-people and deserved strong condemnation.
In a statement, Sharma said that rather than working on a political agenda, the BJP led state government should have allowed the man managing the langar to function instead of evicting him from there.
