Sign of division visible in Janta Congress: Choubey

Raipur, Oct 30 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Agriculture Minister and Senior Congress leader Ravindra Choubey said that sign of division was visible in Janta Congress but added that Congress would not encourage defection.
Talking to the reporters here today Mr Choubey said that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel openly talked of not encouraging defection. According to him Assembly Speaker has to take decision on the matter if Janta Congress MLAs submit any application.
Claiming that Marwahi had been Congress stronghold Mr Choubey said that people in the area used to vote
