Srinagar, Jan 18 (UNI) Three former Chief Ministers and over a dozen other leaders of different mainstream political parties remained under detention in the Kashmir valley, where pre-paid mobile and internet service remained suspended since August 5, when the Centre scrapped Article 370 and divided the state into two Union Territories (UTs).
