Jaipur, Oct 3 (UNI) The Rajasthan High Court on Saturday stayed its earlier order permitting private schools in the state to collect 70 per cent of annual tuition fees.
It directed the schools to await court directions and not to take any coercive action against the students.
A Bench comprising Chief Justice Indrajit Mahanty and Mahendra Kumar Goyal was hearing pleas that challenged the High Court's earlier order, said, the fresh direction will remain in force till Friday, October 9.
