Because of Article 370, terrorism increased, and the terror ecosystem was emboldened: LG

Srinagar, Aug 5 (UNI) Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said that Article 370 had fueled terrorism and emboldened the terror ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir. He asserted that the process of dismantling this ecosystem began on August 5, 2019.
Lieutenant Governor Sinha was addressing a function after handing over the appointment letters to 158 Next of Kins (NoKs) of Kashmiri civilians killed by Pakistan-backed terrorists.
On the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor spoke on the transformative journey of new Jammu Kashmir post abrogation of Article 370.
