Cong boycott CM's reply to Oppn's No confidence motion defeated by voice vote

Shimla, Aug 11 (UNI) The state assembly witnessed noisy scenes and ruckus when house discussed no-confidence motion during the second day of Monsoon defeated by voice votes amid Opposition's walk out and boycott of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur reply on the debate.
Including the chief minister, 11 members of ruling and opposition took part in the discussion. The Chief Minister made a reply to the debate on motion of no-confidence motion around 4 pm. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur defended his council of ministers over the volley of charges leveled against it during the debate stating that Congress parties should have heard him before staging walkout from the house. As the speaker Vipin Singh Parmar asked the Chief Minister from the house the number members who wanted to speak in the house when they were not allowed to speak by the speaker, all the Congress members walked out from the house and did not return to the assembly.
Thakur said the BJP government has constituted a high level committee of officers to consider the demand of restoration of old pension scheme.
