Haryana MoS rides bicycle to aware people about Covid-19 prevention

Chandigarh, Sep 11 (UNI) In a bid to make people of the state aware about the prevention to be taken for COVID-19 infection, Haryana Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs Sandeep Singh on Friday took a bicycle ride.
During the ride, the MoS also gave message to wear masks and maintain social distancing and stay away from drugs. Besides this, he also distributed masks to the citizens and shopkeepers on behalf of the District Red Cross Society.
He also flagged off an Awareness Rally organised by Kurukshetra District Administration with the aim of making people aware about wearing masks and maintaining social distancing in Pehowa.

Bhopal, Oct 20 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan averred on Tuesday that 25 per cent of the third instalment – of the pending amount vis-à-vis the Seventh Pay Commission – would be disbursed to state government employees before the Festival of Lights, official sources said.
“The remainder will also be paid in this financial year. Besides, an advance of Rs 10,000 shall be provided to those whose monthly salaries are lower than Rs 40,000. The functionaries accomplished unprecedented work during the COVID-19 crisis and assisted my dispensation in combatting the pandemic,” the senior politician underlined.
