Haryana govt forms Covid emergency loan scheme with funding of Rs 500 cr: DG I&C

Chandigarh, May 29 (UNI) Haryana Industries and Commerce Director General Dr Saket Kumar on Saturday informed that the state government has constituted Rs 500 crore towards Covid emergency loan scheme for new and old entrepreneurs supplying medicines, oxygen and other medical facilities to Covid-19 patients.
Stating this during ASSOCHAM's webinar on interaction with Haryana DG I&C, Dr Kumar also assured that the government will consider ASSOCHAM’S demand for auto renewal of licenses.
“Haryana is also in the process of notifying the Oxygen Production Policy to augment and facilitate the Medical Oxygen manufacturing facilities in the State. Under the Policy, the industries involved in production of medical oxygen and related equipment will be able to claim Capital subsidy at the rate of 30 per cent upto Rs 75 crore,” Dr Kumar said.
