Covid: 1295 fresh cases & 12 deaths in Haryana

Chandigarh, Aug 30 (UNI) Haryana on Sunday recorded 1295 new cases of COVID-19 along with twelve more deaths from the virus, taking the total number of cases to 63,282 and death toll to 682 in the state.
According to the bulletin, the virus claimed four lives in Panipat district, three in Ambala, two in Kurukshetra and one life each in Faridabad, Rohtak and Sirsa districts today.
Faridabad district leads the number of infections in the state with 12581 confirmed cases, followed by Gurugram 11818, Sonepat 4291, Ambala 3728, Rewari 3495, Panipat 3481, Rohtak 2913, Karnal 2734, Hisar 2238, Panchkula 2152, Kurukshetra 1704, Mahendergarh 1688, Yamunanagar 1571, Palwal 1480, Bhiwani 1361, Sirsa 1304, Jhajjar 1198, Kaithal 1035, Fatehabad 929, Nuh 732, Jind 580, Charkhi Dadri 269 and 21 US-returnee Haryana citizens.
