Steady increase in recovery rate of Covid infected patients in Haryana: Official

Chandigarh, Jul 28 (UNI) Consistent efforts by the Health Department ever since the onset of COVID-19 pandemic have paid off as there has been a steady increase in the recovery rate of infected patients and gradual decline in fatality rate as well in Haryana.
The figures were revealed during a video-conference held under the chairpersonship of Haryana Chief Secretary Keshni Anand Arora with Dr V K Paul, Professor, Member, National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog and state government officers on COVID-19 status in the state.
The Chief Secretary said that lockdown and containment measures have been enforced effectively in the State while also ensuring that the economic activity goes on unaffected.
