COVID-19 : 2,526 fresh cases, 19 deaths in Haryana

Chandigarh, Sep 13 (UNI) Haryana on Sunday registered record 2,526 new cases of COVID-19, while also recording 19 more fatalities due to the virus, taking the state's cumulative number of cases to 93,641 and death toll to 975, the state health department said.
According to the department's bulletin, the virus claimed four lives in Karnal, three each in Faridabad and Ambala, two each in Gurugram, Rohtak, Bhiwani and Yamunanagar and one life in Kurukshetra district today.
The bulletin stated that among the new cases 339 were reported from Gurugram district, 298 from Faridabad, 295 from Karnal, 182 from Ambala, 167 from Sonipat, 155 from Panipat, 142 from Rohtak, 130 from Kurukshetra, 126 from Hisar, 120 from Panchkula, 81 from Rewari, 79 from Yamunanagar, 76 from Bhiwani, 64 from Mahendergarh, 50 each from Sirsa and Jind, 44 from Kaithal, 35 from Fatehabad, 30 from Palwal, 28 from Jhajjar, 25 from Charkhi Dadri and 10 new cases from Nuh district.
