Chandigarh, Sep 21 (UNI) With the detection of 1,818 fresh COVID-19 cases in Haryana on Monday, the infection tally in the state surged to 1,13,075.
The death toll also mounted to 1,177 in the state after 28 more patients succumbed to the virus in last 24 hours.
According to the department's bulletin, the virus claimed four lives each in Panipat and Jind, 3 each in Panchkula and Kurukshetra, 2 each in Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Sirsa and Hisar and one death each in Faridabad, Gurugram, Rohtak, Mahendergarh, Nuh and Karnal districts today.
