COVID-19: 2688 fresh patients, 7 deaths in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, Oct 10 (UNI) As many as 2688 fresh COVID-19 (Coronavirus) positive patients were detected in Chhattisgarh during the last 24 hours, taking the tally to 140258 on Saturday.
Meanwhile 7 patients infected with Coronavirus died in various hospitals, pushing the COVID death toll to 1235 in the state so for. Moreover 713 patients were discharged from various hospitals after recovery.
According to information received from health department out of 2688 fresh Coronavirus positive patients maximum 328 belong to Raipur whereas 112 patients were found in Durg, 138 in Rajnandgaon, 53 in Balod, 45 in Bemetara, 67 in Kabirdham, 94 in Dhamtari, 96 in Baloda-Bazaar, 70 in Mahasamund, 47 in Gariaband, 148 in Bilaspur, 209 in Raigarh, 257 in Korba, 268 in Janjgir-Champa, 32 in Mungeli, 9 in Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi, 48 in Sarguja, 51 in Koriya, 34 in Surajpur, 31 in Balrampur, 23 in Jashpur, 130 in Bastar, 72 in Kondagaon, 50 in Dantewada, 62 in Sukma, 112 in Kanker, 8 in Narayanpur and 93 in Bijapur.
