Chhattisgarh sees record spike of 3,450 fresh Coronavirus patients, 15 deaths

Raipur, Sept 15 (UNI) Coronavirus (COVID-19) tally of Chhattisgarh rose to 70777 on Tuesday with a record number of 3450 fresh positive cases during the last 24 hours whereas 15 patients have died. Meanwhile, 773 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery.
According to information received from the health department out of 3450 fresh Coronavirus positive patients maximum 1015 belong to Raipur whereas 232 patients were found in Bilaspur, 223 in Rajnandgaon, 214 in Baloda-Bazaar, 169 in Kawardha, 158 in Korba, 138 in Durg, `136 in Bastar, 123 in Sarguja, 121 in Raigarh, 120 in Janjgir, 85 in Balod, 81 in Bijapur, 77 in Mahasamund, 75 in Mungeli, 58 each in Dantewada and Kanker, 51 each in Dhamtari and Koriya, 48 in Gariaband, 45 in Narayanpur, 41 in Jashpur, 39 in Surajpur, 37 in Kondagaon, 19 each in Balrampur and Sukma and 15 in Bemetara.
Two patients have come from other states. Process of their hospitalization is underway. Meanwhile, 773 patients who were undergoing treatment in various hospitals have recovered
