Journalist among two charred to death in suspicious fire in UP

Balrampur, Nov 28 (UNI) Two people, including a journalist, were killed when the flat they were living in caught fire under suspicious circumstances in the rural Kotwali area here, police sources said on Saturday.
As per sources, journalist Rakesh Singh Nirbhik (38), who was working with a news daily, and his friend Pintu Sahu (35) succumbed to burn injuries after the house they were living in caught fire suspiciously in the Kalwari village, late Friday night.
The journalist used to live with his family in the house that caught the inferno. Pintu Sahu was charred to death at night itself while the critically burnt journalist was referred to Lucknow where he died while receiving treatment.
