Face-off of 2 ideologies in LS elections: Congress candidate

Kangra, May 27 (UNI) Congress candidate for the Kangra-Chamba parliamentary constituency, Anand Sharma, said on Monday that there is a face-off of two different ideologies in upcoming general elections in Himachal Pradesh.
Addressing two election rallies in Chaugan and Kangra districts, he said that on one hand, there is the 138-year-old Congress party, which led the country's freedom struggle and whose leaders built strong institutions, established big industries, opened educational institutions and developed the basic framework of the country.
Due to hard work and achievements of the Congress governments, today youths have power to make their mark and have smartphones in their hands, he said and noted that the ideology of Congress is inclusive.
