Sirsa, Nov 2 (UNI) The lead of Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) candidate Abhay Singh Chautala over his nearest BJP rival Gobind Kanda has decreased after the completion of 11th round of counting in the Ellenabad assembly segment in Haryana, here on Tuesdau.
Abhay Chautala (INLD) got 49,827 votes whereas his BJP rival Gobind Kanda received 45,866 votes thus the lead of the INLD candidate decreased to 3,961 votes.
Congress candidate Pawan Beniwal has been able to get 17,004 votes so far.
The by poll was necessitated after Abhay Singh Chautala resigned as the MLA from the seat in January in protest against three contentious central farm laws.
