Forty per cent students appear in UPSC in J&K

Jammu, Oct 4 (UNI) As many as 40 per cent students on Sunday appeared in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) preliminary examination in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sharing the details, Talat Parvez Rohella, Commissioner Secretary Higher Education Department here said that the Union Public Service Commission preliminary examination was conducted in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
He said that more than 18000 students have registered themselves for this examination but only 40 per cent (nearly 8000) students appeared due to COVID situation.
