HP: Hamirpur, NIT students get excellent placement and industrial internship

Hamirpur (HP), Dec 30(UNI) The reforms made under the New Education Policy(NEP) of the central government has led to the excellent placement and industrial internship for the students of the NIT (National Institute of Technology), Hamirpur, it was reported on Thursday.

Prof Lalit Awasthy, the Director of the institute claimed that over the past one and half years, NIT Hamirpur has initiated many academic and research reforms which includes adding capacity building in online teaching-learning, realignment of curriculum, implementation of New Education Policy-2020, allowing students for six (6) months training in industries and developing new research facilities at the institute.
