Haryana Min urges people to take pledge to educate illiterate & poor children

Chandigarh, Sep 8 (UNI) Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal has urged the people to take a pledge to educate illiterate and poor children around them and said that children are a great heritage and nation builders of the future.

In a message issued on the occasion of World Literacy Day, the Minister said that it is very important for every child to have the best education and cultural values so that in future they become capable enough to give a good direction to the nation. He said that therefore the schools along with imparting good education should also nurture values in children.
