There will be an increase of 2 cr in the JWF: CM Dhami

Dehradun, July 19 (UNI) In the review meeting of Uttarakhand Journalists Welfare Fund on Tuesday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami announced an increase of Rs 2 crore in the Corpus Fund.
Along with renaming the pension to the journalist as Chief Minister's Journalist Pension Scheme, he also assured of simplification in its manual.
It is noteworthy that journalists and their dependents are given financial assistance from the interest earned from the principal amount of corpus fund and pension amount is given to the elderly journalists every month.
