Rs 25,000 each reward announced against nine cops absconding in custodial death case in Jaunpur

Jaunpur, Nov 24 (UNI)The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has declared a reward of Rs 25,000 each against nine accused policemen who are absconding in connection with a custodial death of one Krishna Kumar alias Pujari Yadav in Baksha police station in the district on February 11 last.

According to police sources, Krishna Kumar alias Pujari Yadav, a resident of Mirzapur village under the Baksha police station area of the district, died in the district hospital on February 11,2021 due to police atrocities.
