Prime guilty of  Lakhimpur Kheri  violence, Ashish to appear before police on Sat at 1100 hrs

Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra Teni's son Ashish Mishra was to appear before the police. But today he could not appear due to his health problem.

Now, the police has given time of 1100 hrs on Saturday to appear before the crime branch.

Sources here said Ashish Mishra is ill and has sought time to appear before the police.

Now the Crime Branch team of Lakhimpur Kheri Police has directed Ashish Mishra alias Monu to appear before 2300 hours on Saturday. Another notice has been pasted at the house of Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra Teni. The police kept waiting for his appearance today at 1000 hours. Meanwhile, the police has clearly said if Ashish Mishra did not appear on Saturday for any reason, then the law would take its own course.

In this matter, Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra Teni says that his son has not hidden anywhere. He is mature and takes his own decisions.

Sumit Jaiswal, a friend of Ashish, who had filed a cross FIR on behalf of Ashish Mishra in the case of violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, is also absconding. He had fled in a Thar jeep at the time of the incident. Sumit Jaiswal is said to be close to Ashish Mishra.
