Punjab VB arrests private person for taking Rs 25000 bribe

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) on Wednesday arrested a private person Ajaib Singh of Patran town in Patiala district red handed when he was accepting a bribe of Rs 25,000.
A spokesperson of the state VB said the accused has been arrested based on a complaint filed by Gopi Chander of same town Patran.
He further informed that the complainant has approached the VB and informed that he is running a hotel Noormahal in the town.
