Brother dies, neighbour injured in gun fire opened by man over pet dog issue in Jammu outskirts

Jammu, Oct 23 (UNI) A scuffle broke out between two neighbours over an issue of a pet dog which took an ugly turn when one of them opened fire leaving his brother dead and neighbour injured in Satwari area here in the city outskirts.
Police here on Saturday said that Friday night, two neighbours entered into a scuffle in Raipur Satwari area over a minor issue of a pet dog.
"During fight, one of them took out his revolver and fired at his neighbour," said police , adding that two persons including brother of the accused, suffered bullet injuries and were rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital.
