Police arrest two drug peddlers, charas recovered in Sopore

Srinagar, Sep 3 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered charas in the north Kashmir district of Baramulla, a police spokesman said Thursday evening.
He said continuing its drive against drug dealings in Sopore, Police have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession.
He said police at a checkpoint established at Zindri Crossing intercepted an individual identified as Ghulam Nabi Bhat resident of Usmanabad Warpora Sopore. During checking, police recovered 255 grams of Charas from his possession. He has been arrested and shifted to Police Station Bomia.
