Haryana: History-sheeter arrested in Hansi, arms recovered

Chandigarh, Aug 25 (UNI) In a major breakthrough, Haryana Police have arrested a history-sheeter along with illegal weapons in Hansi police district.
Stating this here on Tuesday, a Haryana Police spokesperson informed that acting on a tip-off, a police team laid a trap and arrested Vijay alias Goga, a resident of Daddal park in Hansi. During search and further investigations, police recovered three country made pistols, seven cartridges, a magazine loaded with seven live rounds and one empty magazine from his possession.
Vijay had committed first criminal offence 14 years back in 2006 and had been booked for over a dozens of crime including murder, attempt to murder and illegal possession of weapons.
