Two Delhi residents arrested under NDPS Act

Dharamshala, July 10 (UNI) Two persons, both from West Delhi were arrested at Kalu Di Hati in Palampur By pass Road falling under Palampur police station in Kangra district under Narcotics Drug and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act late on Saturday evening after 55.86 grams of heroin was recovered from their possession, Police said here on Sunday.
Kangra District Senior Superintendent of Police Kaushal Sharma told UNI today that in the area under Police Station Palampur, the police recovered 55.86 grams of heroin from the possession of two youths who were sitting under pine trees on Palampur By pass Road near Kalu Di Hatti on Saturday late in the evening.
SSP said that the two accused persons were identified as Rahul Singh, a resident of SRS -141 National Market Peera Garhi, West Delhi and Bablu Kumar, a resident of N -112 Raghubir Nagar, Tagore Garden in West Delhi.
