Centre will give befitting reply for Pulwama attack: Amit Shah

Gorakhpur, Feb 23 (UNI) Reiterating that Modi government was working on zero tolerance policy towards terrorism, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah said on Saturday, said a befitting reply for Pulwama attack will be given soon.
Addressing the inaugural session of BJP Kisan Morcha at Fertilizer ground here, Mr Shah said martyrdom of our brave soldiers in Pulwama terrorist attack will not go in vain.

He said BJP follows zero tolerance policy towards terrorism. "It has taken most effective actions against terrorism since independence," he pointed out.
Mr Shah said the entire nation is standing shoulder to shoulder with the families of the brave soldiers who attained martyrdom in the cowardly attack.
Speaking about farmers, BJP president said the Central government was committed for the overall development of farmers.
He said farmers have made our country self dependent for grains and milk.
He said Modi government has launched many schemes like Mulya swawlamban (Money independence), Jal swabalamban (Water independence), Takniki swabalamban (Technical independence), Mudra swawlamban (Revenue independence) and Arthik swabalamban (Economic independence) for development of agriculture in the country.
He alleged that farmers were living under pressure of debt for the past 55 years under various Congress governments while Modi government was committed to doubling the income of farmers. BJP government has honoured farmers and recognised them as frontrunners of development agenda, he underlined.
Slamming previous SP-BSP government , Mr Shah said middlemen were more active in previous SP-BSP governments but now Yogi -led Uttar Pradesh government has made a record to buy hundred per cent wheat and paddy produce and whole money was transferred directly into the accounts of farmers within a week.
Commenting on Mahagathbandhan (grand alliance) Mr Shah said , " if grand alliance manages to get majority then Mayawati will be Prime Minister on Monday, Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday, Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday, Dev Gowda on Thursday, Mamata Banerjee on Friday and Stalin on Saturday while country will be on holiday on Sunday.
