BJP's Surendra Singh, Sanjay Seth elected unopposed to Rajya Sabha from UP

Lucknow, Sep 16 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party candidates, Surendra Singh Nagar and Sanjay Seth, were on Monday elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha at the end of the deadline for withdrawals of nomination at 1500 hrs, Assembly sources here said.
Certificate of election would be handed over to the candidate or their representatives.

Dehradun, Apr 19 (UNI) Uttarakhand has witnessed an average voter turnout of 24.83 per cent for five Lok Sabha seats till 11am on Friday,
Excluding the Nainital constituency, voting percentages in the other four constituencies have surpassed those of the 2019 elections within the same timeframe, which recorded 23.59 per cent turnout by Friday midday.
