After Mission Shakti, UP govt now aims to bring prosperity in lives of farmers

Lucknow, Jan 1 (UNI) After giving wings to the women and daughters of the state through the ongoing Mission Shakti, the Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh now aims to bring prosperity in the lives of the farmers.

The 'Mission Rozgaar’, which started on December 5 last year, to provide employment and self-employment to youths, has now been extended to the farmers. Under the new initiative 'Mission Kisan Kalyan', the state government aims to increase the income of the farmers and encourage them to opt for crops as per the existing demands of the market.
