Students of 11th class protest in Srinagar demanding mass promotion

Srinagar, Oct 9 (UNI) Students of 11th grade from different schools on Friday protested in Srinagar and other parts of the valley demanding mass promotion alleging that they could not cover their syllabus as educational institutions remained closed due to COVID-19 pandemic and internet speed was very low badly hitting online classes.
Large number of students, including girls, today staged a dharna in Srinagar and Pulwama raising slogans demanding mass promotion.
''We could not attend our classes due to closure of the educational institutions due to COVID-19 pandemic'', they said.
