Karamjeet Singh appointed as first VC of Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University

Chandigarh, Sep 3 (UNI) Punjab Government has appointed renowned academician Dr Karamjeet Singh as the first Vice Chancellor of the Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, who has joined on Thursday.
He has been appointed for the period of three years with effect from date of assumption of office by him.
Stating this here, an official spokesperson of the Punjab government said that notification in this regard has been issued and the terms and conditions of the appointment of Vice Chancellor would be notified separately.
