Ruchi Kalra appointed Press Secy to Punjab Guv

Chandigarh, Nov 18 (UNI) Senior Information and Public Relations Officer from the Directorate of Information and Public Relations Punjab, Ruchi Kalra, has been appointed as the Information Officer (IO) Media (known as Press Secretary in common parlance) to Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Banwarilal Purohit.
With a career spanning over two decades, Kalra has vast experience of working in the field, as well as at headquarters. Seen always on duty at almost all state-level events in varied capacities, the officer is well known for her communication skill.
