Punjab : Farmers to get adequate compensation under 'Bharatmala Project': Randhawa

Chandigarh, Sep 30 (UNI) Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said onWednesday that the adequate compensation would be given to the farmers for the land to be acquired under Bharatmala project and all of their grievances will be resolved, it was reported on Thursday.

This was stated by Mr Randhawa, Revenue Minister Mrs Aruna Chaudhary and Technical Education & Industrial Training Minister Rana Gurjeet Singh along with senior officials of the department and officials of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) in a meeting with the representatives of Road Kisan Sangharsh Committee (RKSC).
