Inquiry initiated against DTO Rajouri for shortfall of stamp papers

Srinagar, Sep 14 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory (UT) government has initiated enquiry against District Treasury Officer (DTC), Rajouri for shortfall of stamp papers worth lakhs of rupees, an official spokesman said here Monday evening.
The DTO and Cashier have been placed under suspension, he said.
He said that showing zero tolerance towards the corruption and mismanagement , government today ordered an enquiry into the unaccounted missing of stamp papers in the DTO, Rajouri.
