Allegation of woman being circulated on social media false: Police

Srinagar, Sep 15 (UNI) Denying the charge of a woman that she was evicted by police from her house, a spokesman of the Jammu and Kashmir police on Wednesday said strict action would be taken against those spreading concocted videos on social media.
He said, an FIR has been registered against some miscreants for obstructing police in discharging legal duties.
He said some concocted videos of a woman namely Sweety Jan daughter of Abdul Rashid Dar resident of Wuyan have been circulated by some social media groups wherein, she is falsely implicating police of evicting her from the house. The claims of the woman and her relatives in the video are baseless and concocted.
