Kathua GMC gets approval for fresh batch of 100 seats

Jammu, Oct 22 (UNI) Government Medical College, Kathua, to have a fresh batch of 100 students as the Board of Governors in supersession of Medical Council of India has approved for the same.
Official sources here on Thursday said that the approval of Board of Governors in supersession of Medical Council of India for renewal of permission for admission of second batch of 100 students at Government Medical College, Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir u/s 10/A of the IMC Act 1956 for the academic Year 2020-2021.
The Board of Governors has granted approval after consideration of the Compliance Verification Assessment Report (February 29, 2020), along with the summary/observations of the Member of the Undergraduate Expert Group appointed by the Board of Governors and an undertaking of the Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, read an order.
