COVID: Authorities order lockdown for 84 hrs from Thursday in Srinagar

Srinagar, Apr 28 (UNI) The authorities have ordered a complete lockdown for 84 hours from Thursday in the summer capital, Srinagar, in view of rising cases of COVID-19 in the city.

However, essential services have been exempted from the lockdown. “There will be Complete Lockdown in Srinagar District from 1900 hrs on Thursday to 0700 hrs on Monday,” Deputy Commissioner (DC), Srinagar Mohammad Aijaz Asad said.
