SSP Prayagraj suspended by Yogi

Lucknow, Sep 8(UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has suspended a senior IPS officer and SSP of Prayagraj Abhishek Dikshit on charges of laxity in controlling crime and corruption.
The action was taken after serious allegations were made against the SSP while the Allahabad High Court has expressed its displeasure in the SSP's act.
During the period of suspension, the IPS officer will be attached with the DGP office.
