Haryana Notifies New Data Centre Policy 2026, Targets ₹10,000 Crore Investment in Digital Infrastructure Five-Year Policy Offers Capital Subsidies, Employment Incentives and Fast-Track Approvals to Attract Data Centre Projects

Panchkula, May 29 (UNI) The Haryana Government has notified the New Haryana Data Centre Policy 2026, setting a target of attracting cumulative investments of ₹10,000 crore over the next five years and positioning the state as a globally competitive hub for data centres and digital infrastructure.
The policy, notified by the Industries and Commerce Department, seeks to create a transparent, predictable and investor-friendly ecosystem for data centre development while supporting the growth of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, information technology-enabled services and digital public infrastructure.
According to the policy document, India's digital economy is witnessing rapid expansion driven by increasing adoption of cloud computing, artificial intelligence and digital services. The state government believes Haryana is well-positioned to benefit from this growth due to its strategic location in the National Capital Region, strong industrial base, robust power infrastructure, extensive road and rail connectivity and growing digital ecosystem.
