Bahriach, Sep 23(UNI) Four people, including a seven-year-old girl and three women, were killed while six others were injured when a SUV collided with a road side tree near Rampurwa police chowki under Hardi Police station area on Bahriach-Sitapur highway on Wednesday morning.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Vipin Mishra here said that the accident occurred at around 0400 hrs and two of the injured were rushed to the Trauma centre in Lucknow in a critical condition.
The SP said that the SUV was carrying ten people when the accident occurred after the driver lost control over the wheels.
The ill-fated SUV was returning from Haridwar and going to Sidharthnagar.
The deceased were identified as Neeta Devi(42), Nisha(7), Mishrawati(44) and Rita Devi (40).
