New Delhi, Jun 17 (UNI) Tejasvi Surya, the young first time MP to the Lok Sabha from Bharatiya Janata Party, on Monday after reaching Parliament said he will raise issues related to public interest in the House which will help towards strengthening democracy.
Twenty eight-year-old MP from Bengaluru South, who was delighted to reach Parliament House, told reporters that he was very excited as this place is the temple of democracy and this is where decisions to strengthen democracy are taken.
Mr Surya was clad in a cream coloured shirt, paired with a Mysore silk dhoti. He also had a saffron colored gamcha around his neck.
