India withdraws revised travel guidelines for UK nationals, removes 10-day quarantine period

New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) The union government has withdrawn the travel guidelines for the UK nationals issued in reciprocation against the latter's discriminatory restrictions put on Indians visiting that country.
The Centre has lifted the mandatory 10-day quarantine for passengers coming from the UK and reinstated the travel advisory.
"Revised guidelines for UK nationals arriving in India issued on October 1, 2021, stand withdrawn, and earlier guidelines on international arrival dated February 17, 2021, shall be applicable for those arriving in India from the UK," the Union Health Ministry said.
